Jay Shaw Insurance started as an Insurance & Real Estate firm founded by Jay Shaw in 1985, formally known as The Jay Shaw Company. Lucky for Jay Shaw, his son, Jason, continued in his footsteps and joined the family company after graduating from University of Georgia in 1996. Within 6 years of Jason joining forces with his father, the agency tripled in size and the two generations of Shaws continued to work together until Jason purchased the agency from his
father in 2003. In 2007, Jason brought David Pike into the insurance world where he is now the Vice-President of the agency along with assuming the role of agency manager.
